alle beoordelingen weergevenThis place can be hit or miss… my pedicures have mostly been rushed and not so great. I got SNS yesterday, and my nail tech was so warm and sweet. My nails look great— and I didn’t experience her being overly aggressive with my nail beds like others mentioned. I went in the morning when they were pretty dead, and I do wonder if that was a factor vs late afternoon when everyone is getting off work.

Before she began my facial she asked me so many questions about my skin (products I use, day time night time regimens, experiences with facials, etc.) and took the time to make solid recommendations that can help my concerns. However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. My masseuse was excellent and focused on all the areas I requested. The complimentary tea and water after the massage were great. I would definitely return to this place. The hot room was nice, and overall, it was a very relaxing experience.
