alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved this class! Very different than your normal workout but I’m sore all over a day after so it’s def puts the body to work! Small class size which i liked (they only have 3 hoops but we all alternated and it was fine) . I was the only new person so Asia took a lot of time explaining and showing me moves! I will be back for sure!

Make sure to keep your eyes open for an email the day of your class so you know where to go! I’m so grateful they let me join late though because it was a wonderful class and experience.
