alle beoordelingen weergevenNishta is amazing. She made sure my form was perfect at all times. She was very encouraging through positivity and telling me how strong I am. She chose great, upbeat music. She kept the same level of energy the entire class even when I started slipping, and I never felt any shame for needing a modification or for needing a break, but at the same time she pushed me to do the most I could absolutely do. She is a 10/10 instructor!
What is different about Pilates of Mclean? They aren't a Pilates Factory like other…Level 2 Pilates

She had a great lesson plan, communicated each movement really clearly, and gave thoughtful corrections throughout the class. I left feeling so good, strong, and accomplished. Five stars!
