alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed the pacing of this class! It made me sweat A LOT and it made me work. We used big and small weights and it was kinda Pilates vibes! It was the perfect amount of being super intensive and giving us little breaks. The music was great too, Pitbull really kept me pushing on :) She supplied towels and cleaning spray for our weights and mats at the end which was great.
