Embodied Vinyasa
alle beoordelingen weergevenNina’s instruction during the yin-yang flow was very well paced and the sequence was clear to follow. It was just the right amount of challenge for me to return to after recovering from surgery. She offered good tips before the practice on how to work around sensitive spots of my body. I have a critique to the studio about the yoga mats however; the yoga mat absorbs the spray immediately, and therefor it is not possible to wipe clean properly, it feels unhygienic. I will bring my own mat next time.
