alle beoordelingen weergevenAndreas is probably the most authentic yoga teacher who class I’ve been to. It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

alle beoordelingen weergevenI liked the space a lot, the Pilates session was a bit challenging as it is supposed to be! Julia helped me out with the hairdryer, apparently they have a power socket hidden. Thanks to her I could dry my hair before heading out to the cold:)

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery good teacher. For me the music was not nice. Very good, slow (as in a difficult kind of slow) exercizes , but super upbeat tempo music. Not a match for me. Ditch the music and it’s really a great Pilates class!

The classes give you an opportunity to learn new and better ways of moving and to create more space and strength where your body needs that. Marije lovingly shares all her knowledge with a pleasant and uplifting attitude and a good sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Definitely joining her sound healing class as well when I get a chance. I hope Leah gets a standard class at yoga spot and not just as a sub <3
