    First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Dahliah was really helpful in making adjustments and considerate in providing alternatives based on the body conditions. Excited to come back and get stronger 💪🏼 If anything, I'm wondering if having the AC and low temperature and high fan speed is needed for a workout class- but if you're not used to this, may want to wear a windbreaker or a hoodie and sweatpants to keep you warm.

    Huge shout-out to Cyrus! Walking into a weightlifting session can be intimidating, but their energy makes every class something to look forward to. He is incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, ensuring our cues are correct even when the intensity is high. 5 person in 1 group. The atmosphere is always supportive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone from beginners to seasoned lifters!
