Sophie was an amazing instructor. she was helpful and carefully showed me adjustments as I asked for them and although it was a beginner class, there were many different levels and I could make it as hard as I wanted and really get the most out of the class. I've checked out a few studios in town and so far I think this one might be my fav!

I was a little nervous coming in as a complete beginner, but she was so welcoming, explained everything clearly, and supportive throughout the class. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back. alle beoordelingen weergevenNice atmosphere throughout the studio, clean facilities and new equipment. Wasn’t too stuffy, good ventilation and cooling system. Great workout - tough but achievable, and options to make it more challenging/easier, as required!

Always high energy, bringing life and zest, upbeat, helpful in whatever you need assistance with and you will always leave class with a smile (even if your body aches everywhere 😂) That's how you know it's a fiery class! 🔥💕 Blackwood is a great little studio.
