The following 40 minutes on the reformer help seal in the burn across your muscle groups but it’s never more than you can handle. Jean communicated modifications and corrections clearly and well; really appreciated all the modeling she did for us ahead of each exercise. Space is clean and parking is fairly plentiful along York Blvd.

Booked 2 back to back sessions (60 mins total) in order to spend more time in the sauna. The space is very clean and inviting. Used the sauna for about 40 minutes, and cold plunge for a total of 90 seconds (10 seconds x 3 and then a full minute). Highly recommend and will return. In terms of parking, I found a meter on Orange.
