Very intense class, especially for a first timer to F45! If you have never taken F45, I would recommend not going on Monday’s or Wednesday’s when they have cardio classes so you can understand the F45 way before jumping right into a super intense class. However, even as the first timer who started with a cardio class, the trainers were helpful and upbeat. There’s no formal cooldown at the end, but you can do that yourself. This is a very efficient way to get a killer workout in just 45 minutes!

Too hot you guys. The level of heat does not equate to a better workout; it is the contrary. Mineral depletion and consequently muscle exhaustion. There’s just no need! Let’s make it slightly less hot, so that students can have the ability to perform to their fullest potential.
