Plenty of parking in the gravel lot behind the building, it was nice and warm in the room. Vibe, flow and energy were all amazing. Definitely will be coming back when I visit Charlotte again!

Very clean studio where everything was ready for you when you walked in. The class was difficult but not impossible and I feel that everyone of all fitness levels would be welcomed and pushed in the class. Definitely recommend taking a class here, especially with Claudia!

So when I walked into Barre and saw the relaxing lighting and light weights I thought “this should be easy”. Don’t be fooled. This class kicked my butt. I found muscles I didn’t even know I had that night. I think I saw the light at one point. Legend has it, I was wheeled into work the next morning. Bravo Barre. You ladies are no joke. This workout is legit.
