alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is the cycling class I’ve been looking for all along. Allison was AMAZING. The energy in the room was unbelievable. She made the class spontaneous and fun! I’ve gone to plenty of other places for cycling classes and the routines are so repetitive and rhythm of songs are all the same (typically always double time) I enjoy cycling classes that incorporates all cadences including slower/high resistance climbs, double time, sprints, jumps out of the saddle, and choreo. Allison hit every single style in class including a section dedicated to just upper body work. Her playlist was on point and change of tempos flowed perfectly to function as active recovery vs active work. I’ll be ditching those other cycling classes that all they do is double time and sprints the whole class and I’ll be joining Allison’s versatile class instead!

I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

Let's not take for granted that no matter what our schedule might be, we can take classes here every single day at convenient hours, including SUNDAY AFTERNOONS (Briana, you goddess YOU). Most generous schedule in the land! Genevieve, the owner, is the most lovely person, and every single instructor is great. It's true what they say it really does start at the top. I have never taken a bad class here even though I, of course, have favorites. Also, everyone is treated the same. I don't even know who's a member and who's not. They combine a beautiful yoga flow with kirtan, where everyone joins in on call-and-response chanting of mantras. It’s so calming for the soul and mind, creating this amazing sense of peace and connection. Dawn, the owner of Ahana and the teacher of this class is truly inspiring, radiating love, warmth, and positive energy in everything she does. Her passion for creating a welcoming and supportive space shines through every moment, making the class even more special. The flow was full of energy and love, and the vibes in the room were incredible. They had a special guest, Kish, who’s a well-known kirtan singer, and his presence made it even more special. Both Dawn and Kish have amazing voices that totally lifted the energy of the class and helped us really connect with our hearts. The community here is like no other, so friendly and open. No matter your yoga background or experience, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re in Miami, this is a class you have to try. It’s the perfect mix of movement, music, and soul-healing vibes.
