Her classes push you in ways you never thought possible. Her flows are excellent (even if the counts feel a little long sometimes, ha!), and she really challenges you to become the strongest version of yourself. I started with her beginner classes and have felt myself getting stronger with every session. Iāve now progressed to Level 2, and let me tell you, every level is a challenge in the best possible way. Youāll definitely feel the burn, but youāll walk out feeling so accomplished and amazing.
